"Cookies" here covers cookies and similar browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage. We use them on zolaya.app and on business storefronts hosted by Trident Marketing & Technologies Inc..

• Sign-in session: keeps you logged in after you enter your one-time code, so you don't have to verify on every page.
• Booking continuity: remembers the services in your booking while you sign in, so your selection isn't lost.
• Security: helps detect suspicious sign-in attempts and protects forms against abuse.
• Payments: RYDR Global, which handles card payments for Zolaya, and the card networks set cookies during card entry and 3-D Secure authentication to verify the transaction and prevent fraud.

These cannot be switched off, because the platform cannot function without them.

• Display currency and island, so prices show the way you chose.
• Language selection for on-page translation.
• Interface state such as dismissed banners and 'finish setup later' reminders.

We use privacy-respecting usage measurement to understand which pages and booking steps work and where people get stuck. This is aggregated and is never used to build advertising profiles. Zolaya does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and use private browsing to discard them when you close the window. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent bookings and payments from completing.

Some pages embed services that set their own cookies: maps for storefront locations, secure card entry and 3-D Secure, and email links that confirm which message you opened. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
